If your child is to miss class because of an illness, please send in a note for that day. A Dr.’s note is needed for your child to be excused for more than one consecutive class. Dr.’s notes are also needed for broken bones because the student is not allowed to participate for safety reasons.
When the doctor writes on the note, “until released from my care” a follow up note is necessary to be able to participate again.
