Modern American History is a course that focuses on American history in the Twentieth Century. Major topics include WW1, the Roaring Twenties, the Great Depression and the New Deal, WWII, the Cold War, the Civil Rights Era, the 1960s, and the Vietnam War.
AP US History (APUSH) is a rigorous course which examines American history according to standards set forth by the AP program. Critical thinking, essay writing, and document analysis are major themes of the course.
