Continuing with reading notes on the staff (lines and spaces)
This time we are going to add two more notes to our staff. Check this out before moving on: Middle c and D
Watch this to review about Lines and Spaces:
On a scrap piece of paper, draw a staff (5 lines).
Now starting with C below the staff draw a note on each line and space all the way to the top line.
Go back and label each note with the correct letter. If you are not sure what to do watch my video again.
Did you notice there are 2 C's, 2 D's, 2 E's and 2 F's?
Send me an email and let me know what your score was on the game below.
Now let’s play a note recognition game: Treble Clef Sports Blaster:
Reading music can be fun! What saying helps you remember the names of the lines? My favorite is: Empty Garbage Before Dad Flips.
