Do you remember what the "tempo" of the music is? I'll give you a hint.....you might want to stand up and move. Remember, stay in one place, choose a spot on the floor. We run in place when the music is FAST and move in sloooooooooow motion when it is slow. Listen for the changes in the TEMPO.
