    Mrs. Hoopes is the Coatesville Area School District Police Department Secretary. Mrs. Hoopes has been with the Coatesville Area School District since 2004, where she started as the library secretary at Reeceville Elementary School. In 2007, Mrs. Hoopes transferred to CASH and became the guidance department secretary. As the guidance secretary, Mrs. Hoopes was responsible for scheduling appointments between students and the counselors, keeping accurate student records, and organizing visits from college representatives. In February 2023, Mrs. Hoopes took on the role as our department secretary.  Mrs. Hoopes is responsible for providing a variety of administrative and technical support to the School District Police Department, which includes overseeing the districts' ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate) training schedule, our schools drill management, and access control, to name a few. Mrs. Hoopes is a proud parent of three CASH graduates. In her spare time, Mrs. Hoopes loves spending time with her grandchildren, cooking and baking.

     

    Mrs. Hoopes says, "I enjoy working with our students and their families. The CASD is like a second home to me".
