Hello Students, welcome to cycle 4 of online music instruction. Please complete the following assignment.1. Welcome Song : https://youtu.be/OsFV58Jps2k -Make sure you do the motions!!2. We are going to learn about rhythm today. Rhythm in a song is the way the words go. Think about the song "London Bridge is Falling Down". Some words have one sound or syllable like "down", other words have 2 soundsor syllables like "Lon-don".*Watch the next video to see how Beet and Cherry is going to help us learn rhythm in music. Beets has 1 sound,cherry has 2 sounds.In music when we have one sound like Beet, we call it a ta. When we have 2 sounds like cherry,we call it a ti ti3. Find 8 items in your house that have 1 or 2 sounds. For example, rice (1 sound), pasta (2 sounds), cup ( 1 sound), pillow (2 sounds) This will be explained more in my live lessons for your reference4.
